Understanding Results
Section titled “Understanding Results”Viewing Results
Section titled “Viewing Results”Analysis results are available in the Results tab of your project. Click on a completed analysis task to view its results.
Result Structure
Section titled “Result Structure”Analysis results typically include:
- Category/Theme Name — A descriptive label for the insight
- Description — Brief explanation of what this category represents
- Supporting Quotes — Direct quotes from participants that support this insight, shown as collapsible citations
- Frequency — How many interviews/participants mentioned this (for per-conversation or per-speaker analysis)
Per Conversation / Per Speaker results: When analysis is run with Per Conversation or Per Speaker scope, results are displayed in a tabbed interface — one tab per conversation or speaker. A codification tab shows pie charts with category distribution across all conversations or speakers.
Calls Analysis results: For Calls Analysis, results are displayed in a specialized view tailored to call quality evaluation and agent performance.
Working with Quotes
Section titled “Working with Quotes”Quotes are extracted directly from your transcripts:
- They provide evidence for the insights
- Click to expand or collapse citation details
- Use them in reports and presentations
- They help stakeholders understand user voice
Exporting Results
Section titled “Exporting Results”Word Document (.docx):
- Formatted report with all insights
- Easy to share and edit
- Good for including in research reports
Excel (.xlsx):
- Structured data in spreadsheet format
- Good for further analysis
- Easy to filter and sort
PowerPoint (.pptx):
- Presentation-ready slides with charts and insights
- Includes pie and bar chart visualizations
- Good for sharing results with stakeholders
